PasswordCourier with Telephone Access

Courion’s PasswordCourier® Telephone Access option enables users to securely
reset their forgotten passwords through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
application, using a touch-tone telephone. As with all PasswordCourier access
options, users are guided quickly and easily through prompts that enable the user to respond to authentication questions and choose systems for password reset, enabling help desk agents to focus on more complex, nonroutine issues.

users who may not have network access or who prefer telephone-based support.
